Spoken Content/Privacy Policy

Spoken Content ("we," "us," or "our") is designed with privacy as a core principle. Spoken Content does not collect, store, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information through the application. The only personal information we receive is information you voluntarily provide when submitting a support request through our Support page.

1. Information Collection

We do not collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, clipboard contents, documents, or usage analytics.

2. Local Data

Any information you choose to paste, scan, import, or create while using Spoken Content remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it using Apple-provided features or other applications under your control.

3. Third-Party Services

Spoken Content does not include third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.

If you purchase products through Apple's App Store or use Apple system services, those services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

If you submit a support request through our Support page, your submission is securely processed and stored by Airtable, a third-party service provider that we use to manage customer support requests. Airtable's collection and processing of information is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

4. Support Requests

When you voluntarily submit a support request through our Support page, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address and a description of your issue.

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, troubleshoot issues, provide customer support, and improve Spoken Content.

Support requests are submitted directly to Airtable and are stored by Airtable on our behalf. Spoken Content does not operate its own servers for storing support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or use information submitted through the support form for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics purposes.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the app, changes in applicable law, or changes to our business. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.

In the event Spoken Content or its assets become subject to a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of ownership, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect the new ownership or operational structure, subject to applicable law.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Spoken Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and any future revisions published on this page. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the application.
